Customer Rating: Summary: More of a Can't Crush than a Can Crusher Comment: The arm is far too flimsy to cope with even the weakest of cans (Coke) unless they are well dented first. It can't cope with the taller beer cans at all. If you're going to go to the effort of practically crushing cans by hand first, you might as well finish the job yourself by placing the partly crushed can on the floor and stepping on it. This actually achieves a much flatter result than this gadget anyway. The arm snapped off of mine altogether after a week or so. Save your money.
Customer Rating: Summary: Arms and legs Comment: I don't know why there is so much negative comment about this item. It is perfect for anyone who wants to crush an arm. I expect it could also crush legs and other anatomical parts if properly applied.
Customer Rating: Summary: Can crusher that can't crush Comment: Heavy Duty?????? This piece of rubbish bent up at the first attempt to crush a flimsy coke can. Don't waste your money.
Customer Rating: Summary: False Advertisment. Comment: Took delivery of my Heavy Duty Lever Arm Can Crusher in just 3 days. As for calling it "heavy duty"...I don't think so! Soon as I received it, my brother and I tried it on a empty can of peas by just holding the crusher bewteen us...nothing happened. I know it supposed to be screwed to the wall, but I wanted to make sure it worked BEFORE screwing it to the wall. I won't be screwing it to my wall now, as the only cans I buy are made of tin. The company should change their advertisement to, "it only crushes light aluminium cans", not cans made of tin".
Customer Rating: Summary: Does what it says on the tin..for a while!!!!! Comment: Just what we need, I thought when I bought this item, and it was,for about 3 months, then the arms bent and the machine would crush cans no more.I am looking for a better quality version.I have seen one with tubular arms.
Any one any idea where to purchase??
